How contact and quote information is used in the current marketplace flow.

Information you choose to provide
Contact and quote forms ask for your name, work email, organization, city or region, intended use and message. Do not include payment credentials, confidential datasets or sensitive personal information. The synthetic resident records shown in the marketplace are separate from the real contact details you enter.

What the current forms do
When online submission is available, the contact form sends your details and message to Fidelra’s email address through Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the request before delivery. The form distinguishes a message accepted for delivery from one delivered to the team’s email service; this does not mean someone has read it. If online submission is unavailable, the form offers an email draft, copied text or a local download. Those options contact Fidelra only when you send the message through your own email service. Package and quote drafts continue to use that email flow.

Browser storage and external services
Package selections are stored in your browser so the cart can persist between pages. Clear the cart or site storage to remove them. The contact form does not save your contact details or message to browser storage. When online submission is enabled, Cloudflare processes the request for security verification and email delivery. Website hosting and email services may process technical request logs. External links and your email application have their own processing and storage arrangements.
4.
When Fidelra receives an inquiry
Information received by email is used to respond, prepare and manage the requested commercial relationship, support the relevant service and meet applicable legal obligations. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes. Contact details are not permission for unrelated marketing. The responsible contracting entity and any additional processing or international-transfer terms must be identified before an order requiring them is accepted.
5.
Retention and your requests
Inquiry and order information should be retained only as needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping duties. Contact [email protected] to ask about access, correction, deletion, objections or applicable privacy rights. Requests are assessed under the law that applies to the relevant processing. Identification may be requested where needed to protect your information.
