2026-08-06: all 22 original findings tested at 0 violations. The apparent regression was a check defect. Rent-payment chronology (371,078 rows) was repaired the same day.

2026-08-06: 203 checks across 13 domains (previously 183); 181 passed. Finance and HR were populated. Housing and Fleet regressions were corrected. Business retained two open findings.

A cross-domain future-dating cascade was traced to its cause, corrected and re-certified at release scale. Public reporting shows the affected lifecycle categories and outcome; index design, query restructuring and row-level repair mechanics are controlled.

Previously disclosed findings across four domains were closed and the release re-certified. Public reporting preserves finding status and outcome while generation model patches, backfill volumes and reconciliation sequence remain controlled.

2026-08-06: all 5 original findings resolved—maternity age, mortality, post-death visits, deceased residents’ employment coverage and gender-age clustering. The case study uses the reviewed version; individual outcomes can vary by version.

Does the birth-cohort model actually respond to historical events, or just grow smoothly? Baseline vs. event-modulated vs. actual generated citizens, Nairobi.

Every fertility-relevant historical event removed one at a time and re-tested against demographic survey benchmarks.
Does housing informality actually change utility-connection odds, or is it just a comment in a controlled processes? Three real citizens traced end-to-end — Household, HousingUnit, and presence/absence on all five utility-connection tables — plus a 994,000-household aggregate showing a consistent ~2.0× formal-vs-informal connection-rate gap across water, power, gas, wastewater and energy.
Third live revalidation pass: all 22 original findings confirmed at 0 violations. The "new regression" from the prior pass turned out to be a bug in the check itself, not the data; Nairobi's persistent rent-payment defect (371,078 rows outside the tenancy window) was investigated and fixed the same day — the Tenancy generation model had not floored StartDate at the housing unit's own construction date.
Revalidated live: 203 certification checks across 13 domains (up from 183), 181 pass. Finance and HR graduated from empty to fully populated and clean since the last pass. A six-figure-scale Housing regression (tenancies predating their own building) was diagnosed and corrected in the release, and repaired live the same day it was found; Business still has two small open findings, and a fleet initialization regression was caught and corrected.
The third review confirmed resolution of all 5 original findings: maternity age, elderly mortality, post-death visits, absent employment histories for deceased residents, and gender-age clustering. The case study uses a resident from the reviewed version; individual outcomes can differ between versions.
