V5.43

Dated entries from the published register. PASS labels report internal checks; independent certification is separate.

1. 2026-08-02v1.3.3

   Health

   Internal PASS

   A clearer failure signal

Fixed a live generation job failure where the error-handling path itself was triggering a second error, masking the real underlying failure in the job log.

Health generation jobs now surface their actual failure reason instead of a generic transaction error, cutting diagnosis time on future incidents.

2. 2026-08-01v1.0.2

   Insurance

   Internal PASS

   Coverage within a lifetime

Fixed two independent cases where a payment or coverage date could fall after a citizen's own death, or a dependent's coverage could start before they were even born.

3. 2026-07-29v1.1.1

   Employment

   Internal PASS

   Promotions within a lifetime

Fixed employee promotions being dated after the employee's own death, caused by promotions generating before terminations in the job sequence with no death check of its own.

4. 2026-07-28v1.1.0

   Business

   Internal PASS

   Eligible ownership windows

Found and fixed an ownership-chronology defect that could assign ownership outside the eligible lifecycle window. The release records the outcome; the internal assignment and reconciliation sequence remains private.

The affected release was corrected, revalidated and closed with a permanent structural regression guard; exact remediation mechanics remain controlled.

5. 2026-07-28v1.0.2

   HR

   Internal PASS

   Payroll within a lifetime

Fixed payroll continuing to accrue for employees after death, not just after formal separation — a real distinction the previous fix had missed.

Third fix in the same underlying bug family this pass, found proactively once the pattern was recognized in one domain and checked across others.

6. 2026-07-26v1.2.0

   Construction

   Internal PASS

   Nigeria-specific checks corrected

Generated and certified Lagos's construction domain in the current release, then corrected the Nigeria-specific date and cost-consistency issues surfaced during certification.
