A dated review of Lagos domain checks, with findings, results and the scope of each conclusion.
The 2026-08-06 review confirmed resolution of the 07-23 failures in 5 domains: Demographics, Health, Employment, Land and Construction. Finance results became available and passed. The same review identified new findings in 3 domains: Business, Housing and Insurance, detailed below.

Domain scoreboard
In the 2026-08-06 review, 10 of 13 domains showed zero failures (up from 6 on 07-23). Demographics, Health, Employment, Land and Construction had resolved their earlier failures. Finance moved from 16 N/A results to populated records with passing results. Findings remained in 3 domains: Business (2, including a newly tested issue), Housing (1, recurring since 07-23), and Insurance (no records available, compared with partial coverage on 07-23).
The separate Transport realism review found that Lagos occupancy did not vary by time of day (peak/midday/off-peak all ~55%). A correction was reported on 2026-08-03, but updated trip records were still pending at the review date. See the Transport domain page.

A date-boundary defect could produce inspections earlier than their linked project. The chronology defect was corrected in both extensions on 2026-07-23; the public audit records the finding and outcome rather than the internal repair sequence.
Employment history for citizens who died at 25+ — was 0.00%, now real coverage (certification check)
The death-bounded contract-eligibility fix replacing a blanket exclusion.
Elderly mortality — was 2.77% of the 80+ cohort, now well above the floor (certification check)
The cumulative-hazard mortality model rewrite, replacing the old one-time flat roll.
Land ownership-history dates, deaths and migration-before-birth — all traced to shared fixes, now confirmed live

Business: an owner-cap safeguard added 2026-08-03 fails on a pre-existing outlier (certification check)
A new check (not present on 07-23) caps any single citizen at 5 owned businesses for future generation. One pre-existing Lagos citizen already owns 7,372 businesses from before the cap existed and was never backfilled. certification check (workforce count/BusinessSize band) also fails, 1 violation. Same finding disclosed on the Business domain page.
Housing: the 07-23 remediation (H16) has regressed — 96 open tenancies for all-deceased households
The 07-23 report recorded 0 open tenancies for households with no surviving members. The later review found additional cases, so this finding had recurred.
Fleet license categories — restored in the 2026-08-06 review after becoming unavailable since 07-23
The 500 vehicles and maintenance records passed their checks. License categories, previously unavailable (0 records), were restored: 4/4 categories are present. Driver and fuel-consumption data remained unavailable (4 N/A, unchanged).
Finance domain has never run on Lagos
All 16 finance checks return N/A — tax-account context, tax-assessment context, budget-allocation context and downstream finance data are not populated. This reflects the current release availability state for those domains; internal execution and deployment sequencing are withheld.
Earlier finding: driver, fuel-consumption and license-category records unavailable
The 500 vehicles and maintenance records passed their checks. Driver and fuel-consumption records were unavailable; their checks were not applicable.
HR: all 17 checks pass against real, full-scale data
100,000 employees, 10,177,424 payroll rows, zero payroll after death, real SHIF/NSSF-equivalent deductions applied. The strongest domain in this audit.
IoT: all 10 checks pass; Employment chronology (certification check) holds at zero
2,000 devices, with consistent links between sensors, readings and alerts. Employment records also had 0 dates after the resident’s death. The separate employment coverage finding still awaited updated records.
One citizen, traced birth to death
This case study uses the Lagos release reviewed on 2026-08-06. The earlier featured resident, #43481366 (Ali Yusuf), has no death record, health visits or employment history in that version. Individual synthetic life outcomes can differ between versions, so the case study now follows a different resident.
No anomalies: 0 of 31 visits after death, 0 of 16 conditions after death, employment contract correctly bounded at recorded death date.
The audit identified an internal integrity and performance defect, corrected it, and revalidated the affected outcome. Exact analysis-ready, trigger design, batching, deployment paths and repair sequence are intentionally withheld from the public site.
