This policy supplies the permitted uses for Striped Donkey samples and datasets
made available without charge by Fidelra Africa. A dataset-specific licence takes
priority for that dataset. Third-party material remains subject to its own notices.
The commercial Data Licensing Agreement applies to purchased releases; these
authorized free uses do not require purchase of the full commercial release.

PERMITTED USES
- Research and education.
- Evaluation and benchmarking.
- Internal analytics.
- Non-commercial AI and machine-learning experimentation.
- Demonstrations and proof-of-concept work.

ATTRIBUTION
Attribution is required when the dataset or material is published, discussed or
incorporated into research outputs. Suggested attribution:

RESTRICTIONS
Unless a dataset-specific licence expressly permits it, users may not:
- Sell or sublicense the dataset.
- Redistribute the dataset substantially in its original form.
- Package it as a competing data product.
- Represent synthetic records as observations of real persons, institutions
  or events.
- Attempt to identify or associate synthetic individuals with real people.
- Use a free sample as a substitute for a commercial licence in a production
  commercial deployment.

Commercial use, redistribution rights or broader deployment require the applicable
commercial licence or written permission from Fidelra Africa.

SYNTHETIC DATA AND RELEASE CONTEXT
Records are synthetic. They do not represent actual individuals or reproduce
the exact historical experience of an identifiable person. Preserve the release
identifier, synthetic-data labeling, provenance and applicable third-party notices.
Published checks apply to their stated scope; review suitability for your use.

DOCUMENT VERSIONS
Keep the policy version and any dataset-specific licence with your download.
This current policy does not retrospectively amend earlier accepted commercial
orders or replace rights expressly granted under a dataset-specific licence.
Historical ZIPs and their included documents are retained as dated artifacts.
